I took a spin down to Killough again after shooting a piece for Tidy Northern Ireland on Friday at Minerstown. When I was taking shots I noticed in the distance a very unique yellow and black lighthouse (I have had a thing for lighthouses from childhood) and decided to come down and try to find it. Turns out that it’s a popular landmark in the region so I set about shooting it for my lighthouse collection.
The colours and surrounding rocks are a beautiful sight and I was practically lying down in a rock pool to get the right shot. I wanted to get the reflection of the lighthouse and use the directional rocks to lead the viewer into the pool. I will definitely be revisiting the lighthouse at twilight very soon.

It‘s quiet in here! Why not leave a response?
